DELIVERY METHODS

We primarily use Australia Post as a Delivery Partner to deliver your parcel safely and quickly.

For STANDARD deliveries

We usually use Australia Post eParcel service.

For EXPRESS deliveries

We usually use Australia Post Express eParcel so your parcel should arrive within 2-3 days if you are in the Express Post delivery network, or as quickly as possible if you are outside the network.

ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

We do not offer shipping to countries outside of Australia at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We endeavour to process every order on the same or next business day that it is received, however we reserve the right to take up to 3 business days to process your order.

If your order is likely to be delayed for any reason (e.g a product is out of stock) we will endeavour to contact you to discuss your order before processing.

DISPATCH

You must provide the correct shipping details at the time of making your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Made in Glen not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. Please contact us immediately via shop@madeinglen.com.au or 0477693330 if you notice that your details are wrong. If your order has already been dispatched Made in Glen will not be liable.
